Property is very well maintained, any problem is fixed very quickly, house has a very thorough cleaner who comes once a week, house shared with like minded professionals, I recommend My Pad Properties
I have lived their for about 7 months, never had any problems whatsoever. The landlord is very quick and efficient to any issues regarding the house. Would definitely use my pad properties in the future.
Quality house, no problems whatsoever - thank you!
Lived in My Pad Property well over a year. Great property, rooms are well maintained and furniture is good quality unlike most rented accommodation. Landlord is really helpful and understanding, any problems sorted quickly and efficiently, and always available! How all landlords should be! Property also had the bonus of a fantastic cleaner which is great for those with hectic work schedule and means the shared facilities are all well kept
I have lived in one of My Pad's properties for over a year and a half (in the room on the cover photo actually!) and it has been great. Paul is a very pro-active landlord who will ensure any issues are fixed right away, and the weekly cleaner is a godsend. Additionally, all of the furniture in the property is top-quality, right down to a decent mattress which is a real step up for those of used to sharing in student houses! I would definitely recommend MyPad Properties to anyone who is looking; when I first viewed the property Paul told me that he and his wife were aiming to be the best landlords in Bracknell, and I think they have achieved just that.
